We sipped our beverages and conversed while waiting the renowned local espetada prepared in a wood-fired oven.
The meal started off wonderfully and only got better from there.
There are three varieties of top-notch beef skewers, all of which are succulent. The first is a classic and excellent option: the standard skewer.
The second is a skewer comes in a laurel wood skewer, which is amazing!
It gives the skewer a distinctive flavor and texture not present in regular skewers. The third is the bone-tipped skewer.
The beef was juicy and tender, and the laurel wood skewer was wonderfully flavorful.
The fried corn and french fries were quite good, as were the other side dishes. The corn was sweet, flavorful, and just a little bit crunchy. The fries were deliciously salted and crispy.
We chose a sweet and soft passion fruit pudding for dessert and a crispy Oreo cookie, which goes well with an espresso.
We couldn’t have made a better choice than this supper, which was just delightful!
