Virando para este encontramos a encantadora freguesia de São Jorge (Santana). A vista do Miradouro do Cabo Aéreo é de tirar o fôlego, assim como do Miradouro da Vigia e no Farol de São Jorge.
Uma paragem obrigatória é o Parque Temático da Madeira em Santana divertido dedicado à história e às tradições da ilha.

Further on, we find the Achadas da Cruz Cable Car, which takes us on a vertiginous descent of 450 meters to a wild pebble beach. It is a stunning view of the sea and high slopes.
Turning east, we come across the charming São Jorge village (Santana). The view from the Cabo Aéreo viewpoint is breathtaking, as well as the Vigia viewpoint and the São Jorge Lighthouse.
A must-visit stop is the Madeira Theme Park in Santana, a fun place dedicated to the history and traditions of the island.
For nature lovers, the Queimadas Forest Park is an excellent choice. The park offers several hiking trails like Caldeirão Verde, and Levada do Furado.
Nearby, Pico Ruivo is the highest point in Madeira and provides a panoramic view of the entire island and the sea.
